This process includes three key meetings:
- Internal All-Staff Meetings: Engaging with all staff members to gather insights and foster a collaborative environment
- Leadership Team Meetings: Working closely with your leadership to align strategic priorities
- Board of Health Presentation: Presenting strategic plans to your board for approval and support.
The result is a comprehensive 3-5 years Strategic Plan that serves as a roadmap for public health improvement— to accreditation and beyond!
